Using evidence-based approaches to your care provides the best opportunity for you to feel and function better as quickly as possible. In alignment with your values and goals, we will practice evaluating unhelpful thought patterns and explore ways to identify and engage in positive activities that improve mood. For those seeking couples counseling, this may involve exploring the patterns we get stuck in and finding ways to interact positively. In addition to considering psychological and social factors, counseling may include considering spiritual well-being factors for those that want. I can offer Christian counseling to those seeking such care. I also have experience integrating such care into couples counseling. I work with clients from all faith backgrounds. I work with most issues, and some of my focus areas include depression, anxiety, career counseling, and men’s issues. Importantly, you will have a safe, non-judgmental space to grow and heal. In addition, I offer both in-office and telehealth sessions where appropriate, which can be a convenient choice.
